What games are included with the arcade cabinets?
Our arcade cabinets come pre-configured to play all games from retro arcade games up to modern systems like PS3.
Can I customize my arcade cabinet?
Yes, you can customize the artwork of the cabinet, you can also add accessories and extra features to your cabinet. These can be done at the time of ordering or later.Â
What is the warranty on your arcade cabinets?
We warranty our cabinets for 3 years on parts. All of the parts are easy to change out, we can help walk you through the process. Â
How long does it take to receive my arcade cabinet?
Our standard build and delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Custom orders may take longer depending on the level of customization requested and our backlog of orders.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we provide lifetime technical support for all our arcade cabinets. Our dedicated support team is here to help with any issues you may encounter.
How do I place an order?

Can I see a demo of the arcade cabinets before purchasing?
We have a showroom in Southern Utah where you can experience our arcade cabinets in person.Â
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Financing options are also available for qualified buyers.
How do you Ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States by LTL Freight trucks. When we ship your cabinet, we will provide you with the tracking number and contact info for the freight company that picked up the cab. The freight company will reach out to schedule an appointment to deliver you arcade cabinet. Â
What kind or Joysticks and buttons do you use?
We believe using high quality parts is important. all of our arcade cabinets come standard with Suzo Happ Joysticks and buttons. 
What kind of Screens do you use?
We choose to use actual computer monitors in our arcade cabinets. Computer screens are intended to be viewed at a close range, for this reason we do not use televisions. Â
Trackballs
Trackballs come standard on our Made to Order Machines and Custom Arcade Cabinets. The trackball allows you to experience games like Centipede and Golden Tee in all their glory. Â
What are Spinners and Wheels?
Games like Tempest and Arkanoid used a spinner to control the game. The spinner is mounted just above the joystick and adds a level of fun! We can add up to 3 spinners on the machines, there are about 20 games that use more than one spinner and about 5 games that use 3. Games like Ivan Ironmans Off Road and Super Sprint use the spinners with the optional steering wheel. Â
What Kind of Lightguns do you use?
We prefer the Sinden guns. They use camera technology that is very accurate, and the guns are extremely high quality. The have buttons on the guns and use pump action, they also have the recoil.
PC vs Pi
The Pi system plays all the retro arcade games and console systems up to Dreamcast. The PC system plays all the same games as the Pi, but also newer arcade games and consoles up to PS3
