We began building wakeboards about 4 years ago to satisfy a need for one of our customers. With our unique position as a full service factory, we were able to step up and modify our factory to accommodate wakeboard production. These manufacturing services are available to all our clients in need of 1 or 1000 wakeboards.

The Process is simple, you can download templates from our store for free.

After you download and design your artwork, send it over along with a purchase order and we will get the order into production.

What are the boards made of?

-High density foam core, not cheap injection molded foam. We actually take a block of foam and machine it down to specifications.

-Poplar wood stringer housing the inserts. This makes the board strong under the feet.

-American made fiberglass for structural strength.

-American Made epoxy resin. Our two part system along with our fiberglass makes a durable and slightly flexible board. Perfect for hard or casual riding.

-Glossy PBT Top and Base sheet

We print our wakeboards using a digital sublimation print process. There are no limit to colors or detail. We can print simple logos or photographs, whatever you want!

Lead Times

Our factory is capable of producing 40 wakeboards per day. Typical turn around time on a small run is about 3-4 weeks.
