Any new order must be submitted through a PO. If you cannot make a PO of your own, AGC can provide you with a template to create one.
A 50% deposit is required before production will start on all orders over $5000. The longer it takes to pay the deposit, the farther back the project will be pushed in the production calendar.
Any artwork designing or artwork changes done by AGC will come at an additional fee. AGC can provide print templates for you to design yourself if preferred. Fees include:
$15 set up fee
$10 per artwork revision
$30 per mockup that AGC designs
Invoices will be sent the day of shipping and will be due within 30 days. A 1% fee will be added for every week that it goes overdue.
Any credit card payments will have 3% fee.
If a shipment is being sent LTL and booked through AGC, the freight charges will be billed through a second invoice after the shipment has been delivered. Payment is due upon receipt
Any product needing to be single packed will have a fee of:
$4 per standard size shot ski or skate deck
$4.50 per long shot ski
$5 per pair of rideable/display skis
$7 per rideable/display snowboard
$15 per surfboard
Drop shipping will have a $10 fee per location regardless of product or quantity.
When submitting a PO, plan on at least 3 weeks production time from the time the deposit is paid and artwork is fully approved, to shipping. Depending on the product being ordered as well as quantity, that timeline might change. Any PO submitted that will need to be rushed and bumped ahead of other orders will have a fee that is determined by the labor needed to make it happen.
